The newly designed grille opens at the bottom, creating a solid stance. The arrow shaped headlamps harmonise with sleek new Seamless Horizon LED Daytime Running Lights to give the front a sleek, futuristic look.

On the side, the dynamic shoulder draws the eye into the strong graphic features, the powerful c-pillar form, and the sporty wedge-shaped profile.

The rear

The arrow-shaped LED rear combination lamps are connected by a red accent line. Positioned far out to the sides, they enhance the visual impression of width. The new skid plate now extends seamlessly from side to side for a more dynamic stance.

The BAYON now also features a new interior Blue color pack with Blue accents throughout the cockpit. It includes Blue stitching on the steering wheel, seats and door arm rests, as well as Blue accents on the dashboard and centre console, front door moulding and air vents.

Energy Regeneration System (ERS).

Idle Stop & Go (ISG), Alternator Management System (AMS) and low rolling resistance tyres are complemented by our Energy Regeneration System (ERS) in the 48V mild hybrid powertrain. When the car is moving in gear but with a closed throttle, the braking effect of the engine generates kinetic energy that is converted into electricity and stored in the battery. This reduces both fuel consumption and exhaust emissions.

Rear Occupant Alert (ROA).

Detects if a rear door was opened or shut before the car was started, then reminds the driver to check the seats upon exiting the vehicle.

Leading Vehicle Departure Alert (LVDA).

This clever feature for city driving alerts the driver when the vehicle in front departs from an idle state, like at a stoplight or in a traffic jam.

Parking Collision-avoidance Assist – Reverse (PCA-R).

Enjoy additional confidence when navigating the BAYON into narrow parking spaces in reverse gear. Whenever the system detects a collision risk, the system automatically engages the brakes.

 

 

 

 

        BAYON features Lane Following Assist (LFA). When activated,
        it keeps the car centred in its lane at speeds between
       0 and 180 km/h on motorways and city streets.

Using radar sensors in the lower rear bumper and front camera, the

system warns you of traffic in the blind spot area. Should you set the

turn indicator in such a situation, it will sound an acoustic alert
